Croner Simplify is a HR management tool for small businesses that typically don't have a dedicated HR team.

It allows them to manage employee records, monitor key data such as holidays and absences, access up-to-date legislation information, templates and forms, get step-by-step guidance on tricky employment issues or health and safety queries, increase business efficiency, reduce the cost of complying with workplace legislation.

As part of the branding changes I updated the colours and tweaked certain aspects of the UI to give it a cleaner look. The previous design can be seen to the left, or above this text if on a mobile device.
